Abi Gray – Principal Ecologist
Abi Gray is an Ecological Consultant with over eight years of experience in the industry and is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management. Formerly the Lead Ecologist for one of the principal consultancies in Norfolk, Abi now works independently and also as a subcontractor for a number of firms in East Anglia whilst raising her family.
Abi holds survey licences for bats, great crested newts and barn owls.
Abi is a bat carer for Norfolk, a Volunteer Bat Roost Visitor, the Treasurer for Norwich Bat Group, and also volunteers with the Norfolk Barbastelle Study Group.
Sean Gray – Associate Ornithologist
Sean has over 15 years experience carrying out breeding bird surveys and nest recording for the British Trust for Ornithology (BT0). He holds an A Permit to ring wild birds and is also a BTO Registered Trainer for ringing birds.
Toby Gray – Stress Buster
Toby is the office dog and is highly skilled at creating a happy and relaxed work environment. He has five years of experience in stealing socks, chasing pigeons and eating everything in sight.
